Where does
MPG deliver?
We now deliver to all of Cobb,
Dekalb, Fulton, and Gwinnett counties.
When does MPG deliver?
Orders placed by 8PM will
arrive the next day. Deliveries are not made on Sundays.

We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New
Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July
and Labor Day. Other changes to our delivery schedule
and to order deadlines will be posted on the MPG site.
Who is responsible for assembling
my order?
At MPG, the only people who handle your food have special
expertise in their area. So, whether we are selecting
nice plump fruits and vegetables, or packing your food
into boxes, each member of our team takes pride in the
quality of his or her products and handles every item
with care.
ABOUT MPG DEPOT DELIVERY
Corporate Depot Program
Available to corporations in the Metro Atlanta area
with 1000+ employees at a single location, this program
is a great way for your company to provide employees
with a convenient new way to shop for food.
Here’s how it works: Your employees sign up through
the MPG Website and place orders anytime (we’ll
put your company’s logo on the Website too!).
After work on the day of delivery, at a designated spot
in the parking lot, employees will pull their car up
to one of our refrigerated trucks and MPG staff will
put their order in the trunk. That’s all there
is to it – you’ve saved your employees precious
time and the food is fresher than the supermarket and
better priced to boot.

How does delivery work?
When you check out, you will receive an e-mail confirming
your order as soon as the next day. MPG driver will
bring the order to your door. You’ll be able to
recognize our drivers by their MPG uniforms –
and by the boxes of carefully packed fresh food they’ll
have with them. They’ll also leave you an itemized
receipt.
Please note that in order to meet our delivery times
for all of our customers, drivers can’t wait for
an inspection of the items delivered. If anything is

Bad weather or other unforeseeable traffic emergencies
may force us to postpone or suspend chosen delivery
dates and times. If there is a significant delay, a
customer service representative will call or e-mail
to update you on your delivery status.
Is there a charge for delivery?
No. Delivery is FREE. There is a $5.00 charge to cover
the expense of packaging your order. We deliver to many
neighborhoods in Metro Atlanta. To see our current home

Should I tip the driver?
MPG Drivers are allowed to accept tips. Customers are
under no obligation to tip Drivers but have the option
of doing so if exceptional service is provided by the
Driver.
How long will my order
stay fresh in the delivery boxes?
Refrigerated perishables will stay fresh in the delivery
boxes up to 4 hours after delivery.
Why are there so many boxes
in my order?
MPG was designed to be the perfect environment for food.
We separate, different types of food into 6 different
climate zones to ensure the quality of our products.
Our design for handling food has resulted in three separate
assembly processes which create separate boxes for the
following:

Produce perishable items packed together
with dairy, cheese in an insulated container.

Grocery, specialty, and select non-refrigerated
Produce (like bananas and tomatoes) packed together.
The number of items in a box has a direct relationship
to return the number of items ordered from a given department.
Sometimes, boxes maybe packed with only a few items
depending on what you have ordered. We apologize for
any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to
leave out your boxes and liners for re-use.
Delivery of Products. MPG
uses refrigerated trucks to maintain the quality and
integrity of your products. To maintain the integrity
of products after delivery, we recommend that you immediately
refrigerate perishable items. We guarantee your products
will remain fresh in the delivery box at room temperature
(78 degrees) for four hours from the time of delivery.
In an effort to meet the committed delivery time for
all of our customers, our delivery personnel cannot
wait for an inspection of the items delivered. Your
order will arrive with an invoice that will list all
of the items you have received and were billed for.
If something is missing from your order, please call
our Customer Service department or log on and contact
us via our Customer Inquiry e-mail form.
In the case of inclement weather, or unforeseen delivery
complications, it may be necessary to make adjustments
to our delivery schedule, which will cause us to suspend
chosen delivery dates and times. If there will be a
significant delay, a customer service representative
may call or e-mail you to let you know the status of
your delivery time. We will deliver your order the first
possible moment the conditions permit. We will never
deliver an order past 4:00 PM without a customer’s
consent. If your designated delivery location (i.e.,
street, avenue, etc.) or day is inaccessible, rendering
us unable to make the delivery, we will contact you
to determine the best alternate location and/or date.
